It is new. I've been staring at these for a while every time I pass them on Brooks Rd, so I stopped in to take a gander. I had it in my head that they would be around the price of "B". Anybody care to guess again? I was shocked. I'm still shocked.

And no, the back doesn't open. The little kitchen area is dead center where you have enough head room to stand.
You better not be cooking beans in that little kitchen, just saying.
