For years I was in the roofing buss. Very hot work as you all know. I would get these muscle cramps that just wouldn’t go away. Doctors told me to eat lots of bananas,drink lots of Gatorade and take potassium plus salt tablets.
That doesn’twork for a diabetic. Too much sugar in the Gatorade and bananas.
Still I would get them. Till I meet an older man who was all the time eating pickles. He’s said the vinegar in the pickle juice would deliver the potassium to the muscle 10 times faster than Gatorade.
So now I go too Wally world buy a big jar of pickles. Throw them in the food processor and get all the juice I can. In a large glass I mix 3 parts water to 1.
