Well I bought the tracker pro 165 Im going to put an inboard charger on it I thought I need a two bank but they told me the motor has a stator on it for the cranking battery so should I just put a 1 bank charger on it? Thanks for the help

while the stator will charge the cranking batt while its running, you gotta get the motor going before it will charge. I would go with the 2 bank to avoid those "aw poo" moments early in the morning.
Most fishermen never run their big motor long enough to keep the starting battery fully charged. Thats why its a good idea to have an on-board charger big enough to include it. Better safe than have that "aw poo" moment.
yep...get a charger that will charge your starting battery in addition to your troller battery,

i wired both batterys together and put a shut off switch between the trolling battery an the main starter battery so i can turn it off with out killing the big motor battery work real good.
Another thing, these new electronics will pull on a battery more than they used to. I have a '96 model and my manual says to charge your battery every other time but that doesn't work out very good these days.
