good report on bass pro
as many of you know I recently purchased a new boat from bass pro. well the other day RLcrappie and I fished truman lake, and I noticed the bunk guide on the pasanger sided was gone poof just not there,,, could not figure it out,,, nothing I did, or seen would lead me to believe I hit or was hit... well I called bass pro and wanted to buy a new one, the guy said what kind of trailer, I told him, when did you get it, month ago. he said well sir that should be under warranty, how says I, it is just gone and I have no way of knowing why, ok sir let me put you intouch with the guys in the back,,, hello, may I help you, so I go through the speel again,,, let me have your name and phone no. well sir looks like you just purchased the package,,, and sir we have had a issue with that verry thing , Ill get you a new one in the mail today,,, and I got it the next day,,,, Thanks Bass Pro for owning up to an issue with part of a product.... I love my new boat.....

That's great. Nice to see a good report about service instead of always the bad service. Glad they got you fixed up.

I have a buddy that bought a new tracker a little over a year ago and the service department has went above and beyond to help him. The only problem is, the service department has had the boat about as much as he has. One little thing after another, nothing big, just alway something.
