Went to Sanibel Island Florida with the family. Ran up to Captiva and went fishing with my son and dad. Couple of the fish caught below. Very proud of my son...caught it all by himself. Not bad for an 8 year old. The 25lb redfish my dad caught was not to shabby either. Attachment 93253.Attachment 93254

The best fishing in the world is down there. Those are some nice bruiser fish. Did you use a guide? We stay on North Captiva every year and fish right off the beach, its awesome.
We did use a guide. We went out with Captain Shawn Kelly via Jensen's Marina. My parents go every year but this was my first trip. We will return for sure.Quote:
