Crankbait Bite

The crankbait bite is starting to get right here on Greers. Took a couple of older gentlemen out this morning and got 28 before we stopped at lunch. :biggrin

Did it start off slow? It was cold and cloudy here. Jig bite did'nt take off till sun broke through the clouds for me. Bet the crankbait bite is good here if you get a chance to take a trip.

Was slow until about 8:30 then the bite really picked up until the sun came out then they quit.

Hey Creek, we're coming over to Greers to see the in-laws. I was wandering is Hi-vis line is a no no when pulling cranks or spider rigging? what about colors? Any help would be apreciated...

I use hi vis braid on all my trolling rods. Yesterday the bright colors were the ticket
