Hit Melvern this morning trying for some walleye, caught a lot but no keepers. Most fish still hanging at 15 20 fow. Talked to one gentlemen and he said he caught a limit yesterday but no go today. I guess better luck in AM

Sunday I caught a 8" eye(RoflRofl) at arrow rock point.25 fow on the bottom.Hope you have a lot better luck then I did.Good :fish to ya.
We had that same problem last time we were there. We waded through probably 18 or 20 walleye just to get two keepers. Most were 16 to 17 inchers. Gets pretty frustrating after a while!
We did catch and 8 pound drum, a little excitement
I used to troll rattle traps across the old road bed about 2-4 fow and catch some nice ones about this time of year.:dono
Are you talking about the road bed west of turkey point over towards the Silo?
they say there are a lot of those shorts at hd also future looks good may try them tomm.??
