There is no place in ottawa to buy minnows that I know of but if you are coming through that way, you can stop at green acres at the pomona lake turn off on K-68. They normally have good minnows and give you a good count. I am fairly certain the marina at Melvern will be open on Monday as well or at least they have been in the past.
