It's a sad day for Gewbers everywhere

George Lindsay, Goober from the Andy Griffith show, died today at 83.

The boy created a heck of a character and parlayed it into a career and always made me laugh.

Sad day indeed. One of my all time favorite shows. Don't make them like that anymore.

Yep, another great one gone.

It's amazing they never used a curse word and one of the funniest shows ever.

I think Earnest T. Bass is still living.
