Earned income child credit shouldn't be paid to anyone who didn't pay taxes on them to begin with. It's probably the biggest problem with the lack of funds within the Fed. Now, toss this story in there and the earned income cost jumps 10 fold PLUS.

I have renters that DONT WORK A LICK,they get several thousand back every year.And they receive food stamps.This guvment needs to GO.
