white bass at Blackshear

Does anyone ever catch many white bass at Blackshear?

I have caught White bass, Stripper, and hybrids. I fish mostly aroubd the RxR bridge and veterans memorial park.

Thanks. I wonder if they are often targeted or mostly caught when fishing for other fish? Probably the latter....

never caught a white but I caught this one by mistake near the mouth of swift. I was lookin for a crappie this size..
.every year just before the springs are closed I see people catching numbers in boy scout around those bouys..

Hey Smitty, I think most if not all of those bouys around the springs are not there anymore. I don't know whether they were taken away by DNR or some other reason. Like you said they usually are closed from May thru October.
