New Incentive!

Healing is coming along, but very slowly...

...and I have to admit, not having a fishing license yet is very depressing. Yesterday, my wife came home from babysitting the grandkids and announced: "you better start getting better soon, I went out and bought a fishing license; if you're not gonna fish, I'm gonna start showing you up!"

Well, guess that was just the incentive I needed - being driven over to Wal*Mart tomorrow to get my license, being competitive I can't allow her to show me up while I'm getting depressed over not healing faster.

OH, I forgot to mention this...she's even willing to go to the Kankakee swamps with me this year too. This is a great sacrifice for my wife, who hasn't gone fishing with me for nineteen years, because the thought of trouncing around in a swampy backwater area didn't appeal to her in any way, shape, or form.

Looks like you are going to have very interesting year.
