CG- I am using your pork rub recipe on a pork tenderloin tonight. I remember you said you cook brisket for several hours then put it in the oven. Have you ever cooked one of those small tenderloins? I will use indirect heat, and I think I can cook it totally on the grill. Do you think it will get too dry? Since it is small it will cook fast.
