Any of you Gubers regularly check the barometric pressure for fishin? Been readin too much........some say it can be spot on, others are just happy to have a day to fish. What's the verdict?

Talked to a guy Sunday and said he does not like to go fishin when it's below 30.He said he prefers it to be 31 to 32.I have to go when I can,gotta w---.
With all of the ironing board pics that we've seen, I'd say that Okatibbee has gotten a high ammount of geriatric pressure this year

I just like it where i can get on the water . If the sun is up and the wind is low I gotta go .
I was always told to go when it's on the fall. But now it's when I can go.
I used to check it all the time before I went fishing but now I just go when I can
