ethernet

hey guys just did alot of work on my boat and added ethernet. My primary unit is a 898 and a 788 on the bow that are linked together. The problem is that the 788 isnt recognizing points that I mark on the 898 and was wondering if there is something to setting it up? I have printed a ethernet manual but havent had time to look at it yet.

[Menu][Menu] [Select Network tab]--[Select Share Waypoints]-- [Press right cursor key to select on]..

My 898 doesnt have the network tab like the 788 does

Are you in "Advanced User" mode...??

Have you updated the unit software...??

put in the newest update and played around for a few minutes got it linked up. thanks guys
