Where are the best places to catch big crappies???

Hay ya"ll where are the best places to catch big slab crappies here in Arkansas.

There are always little small "sleeper" lakes that can produce a state record at any time. As far as West Central Ar. goes I would say Lake Dardanelle would be a good choice as well as Lake Atkins and Lake Overcup. Lake Atkins produced three 4 lb class slabs late last year!

Cane Creek has a 10" minimum but I have heard of some big ones coming out of there. I have seen some pics of big ones on crappie.com that came out of there

Arkansas River has the biggest I have ever seen. The Trick is finding em.
