Redear on KY Lake

They're hitting by the shores. Everything is early this year.

That is a nice Red Ear you have. I have only fished Kentucky Lake one time . It has been a while back and I would enjoy another trip there were it not for the gas gods.

Very nice. Spring break is finally here so I'll be getting after them this week.

That's a dandy right there, how long was that fish? It looks to be 12inches or so...certainly a big ole male in spawning colors.
Did you catch quite a few big ones?

Had 5 that day, yesterday we cuaght 16. Gonna try again today, see if we can find more.

I found the twin....11 inches.

Cool, we wound up with over 40 for the week and some very nice Gills when we wern't fishing for Crappie. Way to early for them. We're coming back in May, don't know what we'll be fishing for. Told the wife I might have to start Bass fishing again.
