Played Hookie

Decided to play hookie today and headed out for Monroe. Was greeted by a nice calm sunrise and hungry fishes. Started out at the pyramid marker and headed north to the opp and then south around Enterprise ramp around Stone Island and out to the deep hole in front the marina. Had a steady bite the whole way and had a limit by 10. all nice fish culled out over 11"s. Rolled em up and headed north on the river to check out some hybrids and found em chewing real good and quickly had added 10 of them to the mix. Decided to check on the shellcrackers and they too were willing to play and caught a nice mess of them. Had been calling Speckanator all morning as he needed to join the fun but he musta been milkin goats or bush hoggin. Anyway decided to head over to Wekiva and se if maybe some catfish were willing to play. Got over to the second bend and all of a sudden

Sounds like it was a good day to be on the water. Im heading over to monroe in the morning with my little brother, hope we get a few for him :)
