Kept these 12 yesterday afternoon. Caught them up in the brush, fishing a jig and a rosey 18-24 inches deep in 3-4 fow. They were all males and hit hard!!!

Were they fanning the beds or guardin the fry? I don't know if they are getting started or the spawn is over....
