i have a friend that bought the motor above. it is a foot control and on the side of the pedal it has 1. c. 2. mom 3. bhp. i think the c is for constant speed and the mom is momentarialy but what is no 3. bhp?

52 views and no one knows what the no. 3 position of the toggle switch on the foot pedal means? i had it wrong. no 3 has the letters hbp. any help for the meaning of those 3 letters stand for?
