Not normally, based on what I have read.
However, when the older technology sonars lose lock, the units use a technique called rapid fire, which is bursts of 200khz at 10ms rates. This in effect could be sensed as a 100hz sound. My theory, not provable but is logical since 100Hz is in the fishes audible range. I have asked the fish doctors and the say 100-5000 Hz is typical.

I don't know for nothing, but this is an interesting subject.
I don't know how it affects but I sat over them all the time jigging with 5 ft rod and can see bait and fish still bites, did it2 days ago ,1 lb 9 ounce a1 lb 5 ounce and 1 lb 4 ounce and many 10-11 inchers
