Got to spend the day with a wonderful lady, my Mom! We only caught one crappie each, but caught a few others to go along with em. It was an excellent day! Can't wait till we get to do it again.

I remember 67 years old Mom fighting a 20 lb Grouper in 120 foot of water with five foot waves on a deep sea fishing trip in Florida, She landed that baby all by herself. It was a battle to behold and a memory I will hold for the rest of my days. God Bless Mom's of America.
Great story, I used to fish with my parents alot years ago . Mom loved fishing when she was able. My guess is you was on Harris Brake?
Oh yeah, I meant to put that in my post. We were on Harris Brake. It was pretty windy on & off yesterday. We managed to find some good spots out of the wind. When we loaded up, there were a couple of guys in a big bass boat fishing up & down along the dam. The wind didn't seem to bother them. They were pulling in some nice bass.Quote:
