Pulling hard to the left

I have a 30hp nissan tiller. At full speed it pulls hard to the left.
my arm gives out after 5 minutes .What causes this.
and how do I fix it?

Have you tried adjusting the trim tab? That is what it is for.

Cause=right hand rotation of the prop.
Fix=Adjust trim tab (little fin under cavitation plate).

I checked and found the tab is broken. I have a spare.
