Hit the water at 0730. Wind out of SouthWest not to strong around 5 to 10. Checked area East of Arrowrock BR on South bank. Did not scope any fish on piles or drop offs. Hunted down the lake Scoped Rose Garden no fish, Hit the pile just off Coer D lane scoped some fish, threw a bouy and tried to fish caught one keep about 12 inchs and one:fish:fish:fish dink, wind came up and blew us off. Went up to the Silo area hit piles and drop off there saw fish suspended at 14 feet but they did not seem very hungry caught a few dinks and one more 12incher wind kept getting stronger decided to call it a day at 1030.
