I saw Big River too. I have a Gray aluminum Triton TC17 set up for 2 to spider rig on the front and I have long net pole sticking up.

Dry the fillets, roll them in ANDY'S fish fry, place on non stick foil and spray a little canolia oil on the top and put in the oven for about 10 minutes on 450.
