Don't really matter to me either way. I wouldn't have fished it anyways. But if us not being invited is true I think it is rude. Everyone I know goes out of their way to make out of staters feel welcome.
I fish two different tournament trails and don't know of anyone being excluded. We consider it an honor if a ringer shows up and wants to fish with us. Means we must be doing something right.
Now for full disclosure, I am on Percoset pretty good. So if I'm out of line, ignore me, tell me to hush, or just go ahead and delete me.
