Just saw that Arklabutla is at 212.4 this morning, thats up 2.5 feet from 24 hrs ago.

Went by HP just a bit ago--you could launch if you really wanted to. Bad thing is I bet they will have the gates open and let all of this water out.
You ought to see the river at hwy 51--its up at least 5ft.
