#1 Old Norwegian made Fiskars, with the leather scabbard. Had it so long don't know where I got it. Check pawn shops and garage sales.
#2 New Fiskars, with plastic scabbard with built in sharpener. Walmart I think....
Tried using a filet board and it was more trouble then it was worth. Now I use a small folding table and a bucket with a trash bag at one end.
Dexter-Russell
Rapala from WalMart.
I would just give my fish to this guy and let him clean them for me.

That dude is fast.
Broke out the non-electric knife to try today. I was as sorry with it as I remembered. Cleaned 10 and went back to the electric.
russell or dexter russell in an 8 or 9 inch blade from memphis net and twine. do a google on memphis net or memphis net and twine and you'll find them. best fillet knife out there. then go to amazon.com and order you a rada knife sharpener. the rada is cheap. probably around 6.00 or so. thank me later.

there you go. high carbon steel. much better than stainless steel. much easier to sharpen and keep sharpened. and don't forget the rada knife sharpener. take it from an old man that knows.
