lake des arc

anyone fish this lake anymore ? thinking about going but it has been years just trying to see if anyone has been there in the last few days

I've heard of some guys fishing over there, but never hear results. Last week a friend called me from iver there and said they had been wearing them out on Desarc bayou. I just wish I still had access to horse shoe at des arc.

Those lakes in desarc are my stomping grounds, where I fish 99% of the time. Upper and lower horseshoe, lake desarc, the bayou, horn lake, spring lake, 7 mile, etc.

The bayou is hot right now along with any of the oxbows. The bar ditches are hot as well. Lake desarc is good to go if you get on the trees near the channel and fish the bottom with a black/chart Midsouth jig.
