Completely adjustable

I have seen them on Ebay they looked really good. It had a zoom feature on it and the welds looked plenty nice too. There was a guy a while back selling a set on the classifieds.

Did the dog come with them?

I can see the up and down adjustment but.....How do you turn the individual holders from side to side to fan them out?
