Need help

Here a while back someone posted about buying a piece that went on foot control motor shaft to help hold it in place if you took foot off pedal. Anyone remember the name of that thing?

If you have Minn Kota Maxumm ,you already have a tension screw under cable of foot pedal and no extra tension on cable

I wish, no Motorguide and no way to adjust tension.
