OK< I have a 2002 90 horse mercury 2 stroke, 3 cylinder...I have a gas leak,,but can't tell where its coming from..thinking of replacing all the gas lines, from tank to carburator, with hopefully some that are immune to this stinking stuff they sell for gasolene...........where would I buy the hoses for the lines under the cowl?
I strickly buy nonethonol gas now,,but assuredly, it has had the other stuff in it....running great..but hate seeing the gas on the water...
Sure it's not just oil since it is a two stroke?
Its possible I guess,,but looks like a lot of it..
check to see if it is leaking thur your exhaust, some time 2stroke will leak excess oil thur the exhaust !!!
Don't think it might be coming from one of the floats sticking? If its coming from the carbs, it could also be a bad needle or dirty seat.

Can u towel dry lines and then pump bulb to pressurize it and check for leak. I use seafoam and stabil in my gas to stabilize it.

well ifin you cant figure it out go over to BIG RIVER MARINE and replace it with one of them 4STROKE SUZUKI or YAMMIES want have to worry about that oil no more!! old bill will double the price then give you HALF OFF now a feller cant ask fer a better deal than that!!!!!! he probably will even take that old merc on trade!!!!!
I'd sure like to have a new 115 yamaha 4 stroker...but I hate, HATE payments...so,,I'll muddle along I guess and smell that gasolene..lol
