Not sure what you mean by Navionics format.
Your coords are in Degrees minutes seconds, and you probably want degrees minutes.decimal minutes. Here is a converter GPS Latitude and Longitude ConverterQuote:

Got it, had to put a 0 in front of my deg.
What you reading your cord with? Don't make sense to me.
The cords I'm wanting to convert are some that A friend gave me. I needed a different format to put then in the search function for Navionics.
I am still at a loss. Sometimers diseaease.
