Whcih one you think cuz? lol The same one I was pressing for 15 minutes til I FINALLY got a real person. For home phone customer assistance, press 1, for DSL assistance, press 2, for small business, press 3. Think that one went up to 10 LOL
Yesterday I was trying to get ahold of somebody at Medco about my drug policy. It took about 15 minutes of yelling "representative" before the dang computer would connect me with a person. At least it was an American. Lol
