Waypoints?

I know this has been covered in the past, but can someone tell me how to change waypoints from a HB unit to a format that will be accepted by Lowrance. I have some waypoints on my HB that I would like to transfer to my Lowrance.

I have seen him with pictures of a 10. But when he leaves the VFW, it is always with 1s.:yikes
