Invitation to Robin Jennison for license questions

I have contacted the KDWPT Office to speak with a Mr. Ron Kaufman about getting some hard numbers for the legislative proposal to charge for over 65 licenses. The secreatary I spoke with (Sherry) told me that Mr. Jennison was handling this, but was unavailable at this time. I asked her to see if he would be interested in coming on to the Crappie.com Kansas board and fielding the questions we are asking. She said he would get back to me and I will post up when he does. I am assuming the mods want to keep this off topic so If he accepts I will direct him to this area for those questions. Hopefully we can get some answers and keep it civil towards him.

Why not have everyone pay for access to the same resource?
