But at least it's on the boat. Got the transducer moved to the trolling motor. Ran it today to see if the trolling motor would noise up the sonar and it seemed to be all OK. The thread on running the wire up the shaft of the Terrova in the electronics forum was a great help.
Another few weeks and I should be ready.
hey RCC, Im going fishing on monday to reelfoot, then im gonna work on my boat rest of week installing 998. I have everything I need so now that im on vacation for a few days I now have time to do it. Hopefully I will catch some keepers on monday.

Worked today may try fishing tomorrow
Maybe the wind will lay down a little tomorrow. The little water I was on today was pretty rough in my boat.
I would have been as well off fishing, as I did today anyway. Opened the gun show at Conway, Walked all over and never spent a penny(first time for that), then went to gun range about 1:30. Had it going my way until I moved to 100 yds and wind blowed everything away. even the target came off of cardboard.
You go to the range at Mayflower? Last time we were down there, my father-in-law took me by. It was nice.
