not sure but I do know that they still bite if they get wet in a rain.Quote:

I hope they are going to be biting good, I am going to get out to Conway at some point this weekend.
DM - I was thinking of Little Maumelle River but fishing report in the Democrat-Gazette said the crappie are poor there. How has Conway been? Have you heard? Where are they catching them?
No good right now on Little Maumelle.Quote:

Won't let them carry GPS on the trip . It's going to be tuff without mine for that long. Considering purchase of a backup boat.;) I usually fish 3 to 6 days a week , may go through withdrawl if I don't fish !
I havent been on Conway in probably 2 weeks, but I will be there sunday. I will be on the Pierce Creek end.
NIMROD-Do you ever guide?
I have thought about it . But not for hire at present. My woman tried to get me to and offerred to set up a web site. I do some for friends and relatives. I take several outdoor bussiness owners and their employees hunting and fishing. They usually help with baits , boat supplies , and such. Right now , my outboard motor is down . I usually fish several days a week. I'm strickly a jig fisherman when crappie fishing anymore. The crappie are biting well this week. I might consider taking someone out if they furnish the boat. But I ask that they not take GPS ,as I have a lot of time and money invested in condos.I've had half a dozen offers to loan me a boat , but rather not.Quote:

I am pressed for time right now, but if I see a break I might take you up on your offer. Thanks
