weather sense problem

my weather sense stopped working thought battery might be dead and when i looked undr console i found the weather sense case to be melted it was all wrinkled up has any one else seen this problem

I have never heard of this before Speck.
I doubt that the case got that hot from use so maybe it was a chemical reaction to something?

i called customer support and they asked me to send it in to them to look at i will let you know what they say
