Hello all from Moore Oklahoma. Great board and seems like great people. Not new to crappie fishing but new to some of the methods on here, very interesting. I'm a die hard jig fisherman and haven't fished much with minnows or other artificials for crappie. Part of my youth was spent at my parents lake resort in Grove on Grand Lake. We had a heated fishing dock and a huge courtesy dock filled with structure and great crappie fishing. I "learned" to Crappie and jig fish from a couple of elderly gentleman that made the daily trip from across the cove to fish our place, some great memories, thanks Les and Homer. Anyway, I love to river Catfish too but crappie fishing is my first love. I just need a boat now. Look forward to learning from all of the advice on here and putting some of it to use.
