i like pro tech and the PP frm robert at crazyangler.
Pro Tech is the best hands down. I do use some others, but PT acts better in the fluid bed as it separates/fluffs better. However some colors I use they don't make so I do use some others at times.

Thanks, I was thinking Pro Tec already. Definately going to use a fluid bed. Going to start out with a rich red color, both a yellow and a green chart., and probably a brown with possibly a little glitter. I hope that I can get all these in Pro Tec.
Pro Tech and Roberts
If you are basing your purchase on brand name, then Pro-Tec is the only choice in my opinion. It's good, tough paint that has the characteristics needed for the fishing world. But not always true with just any brand of powder paint though some say powder paint is powder paint.
Epoxies and epoxy/hybrids chip easily and are not always exterior grade. Polyester TGIC that meets saltwater spray duration of 1000 hours is all you need. It doesn't chip when cured correctly, is tough and stands up well to fishing. Polyurethane is the highest grade and most expensive and most durable of the powder paints.
The reason for getting more knowledge of powder's is simply more color choices and better prices are available than than a particular brand may give you. Another important thing is to cure at the manufacturer's recommended level for individual paints. Some are low temp at 10 minutes and go all the way up to 400 at 25 minutes or so. Plus chose the gloss level you want to achieve.
Again, just my opinion,
