Tims today

Well Dave "trashtrout" and I made it out to Tims Ford today. He was teaching me the fine art of shooting docks. It was a real adventure for me and glad Dave has alot of patience. Anyway we put in about 9am and
fished until about 2pm. The third dock we fished Dave had a nice fish. Went to the next dock he had about 3
more and the whole time I'm shooting the pontoons, walk ways, ropes just anything that was around the dock. Final got to where I could do little better. Went back to one of the docks we fished early and I caught my best crappie to date. Measured a little over 14 inches and weighed an even 2 pounds. I'll for sure have to give the dock shooting another try. Thanks Dave. Maybe I can post the picture or get gonecrappiefishing to
post for me. Almost forgot we finished the day with 9 keepers. All fish caught on Bobby Garlands.

Y'all had a beautiful day for it, glad to hear you're refining your techniques. I called you last week and left a vmail, guess you didn't get it. Once I get these renters into my old house we'll go to Normandy. Looks like dinner in those pics.

Glad Ya'll had some luck. I watched Russ Bailey shoot docks on the BnM fishing tips dvd yesterday.

Was wondering if anybody else fished Tims yesterday besides me and Tracy? It was awsome early as we had 5 in the live well before we was ever there an hour, then bang it shut off. We changed docks a few times but it didnt seem to matter. We left about 11 am. We ended this day with only 6 keepers, but they was all really nice keeper fish.

Someone said they saw BIG ORANGE SLAB @ the lake Saturday,this just confirms it!!!

I fished tims 12/31 after lunch and just to put it simple......IT STUNK...all dinks under docks so fially went to the channel and had 1 keeper.....Went home......Tims is not good to me on bluebird days...
