Interesting question. I would think that if the outside diameter of the prop is the same and the pitch is the same, then the thrust would be increased. Along the same line, tho, it would also increase the amp draw, resulting in the battery running down sooner and even possibly decreasing the life of the TM
It has been many years ago on a 36 lb thrust trolling motor I had that I had to replace my 2 blade prop with a 3 blade...If there was any difference in the thrust, I could not tell it. Of course I didn't have a GPS way back then so I couldn't tell if I got any more (or less) speed out of it, but it seemed to be the same.
Thrust is a static measurement. Blades will not affect thrust value.
Generally an equivalent 3 blade runs a little slower. You can't add blade area without causing the motor to draw more current. 3 blade is more weedless, less powerfull.

I appreciate it fellas. Looks like I need to just hang on to the two-blade and just work with what I got.
