Bo Woods Ice 12/12/11

Went out to Bo yesterday and when we got down there, most of the spots we usually fish were under ice. Luckily there was one 20' x 40' hole that we were able to fish and do fairly well. Caught some nice 12" crappie, a lot more overs and a few unders. Also caught some nice white bass and watched someone down on the west end catch about 75 whites. Hopefully it will thaw or move with the rain last night.

Nice lookn fish there. I too hope that ice goes away before friday.

We were down there on Monday 12/12. Bank fished from boat ramp north to where the rocks end.
1-11in crappie 2 white bass 1 carp [got off ] 8lbs ? There is ice in the cove about 10 yards out.
Weather was great,not to many crappie,maybe next time?
All in all I was fishin instead wishin .

Ice was gone yesterday but there were a lot of people. Also a lot of fish to be caught.
