Can't Sleep...

OK... It's 1:50 and my back is hurtin', and I can't sleep!. What can I talk about here?, Am I the only one awake here?
Ok I'll ask a question...How far is the Toad Suck RV Site, or camp site, from a good winter fishing area on Conway Lake.
I've never been there before, so I know nothing about that area.
I've got crappie fever really really bad, but my back has got me holed up in the house, and I can't take it much longer, I can even smell crappie...or is that me.
I've got crappie fever so bad I've been munchin on chartreuse crappie nibbles while watching fox news, now my wife won't get near me...sissy butt women, what happen to love for better or worst...huh?
She says one of us has to go crappie fishin', she can't take my behavior no more,.....so tomorrow nite I'm expecting she will be bringin' in a mess of slabs in for supper yum yum.
Anyone wanta come over for crappie and beer?

Never fished conway or stayed at toad suck ferry,,so can't help you there...going to go to Dardanelle this morning,,I have a new game plan...lo :DlI'll look in here when I get back to the house...

ya, less than 10 miles from toad suck rv park to some good crappie fishing on Conway, and if the ole back is hurting, get crown royal, it helps my back be better after about a fifth, beer and fillets don't sound to bad. Just a long drive to get there, afraid ya may have all the beer drank by the time I got there.

CC Toad Suck is about 5-6 miles west from Gold creek on the Arkansas River out HWY #60 it has Hook Ups. On the east side of Lake Conway there is a RV park in the Camp Robinson WMA demonstration area. Niether is real close to Gold Creek which is where I would winter fish.You may check with Dano and see if he can let you stay right on Gold Creek if you can do the primative thing. Also Gold Creek is close to several Hotels where you can lay in a comfy bed with that back of yours. Most all the Primative spots are on the east or south side of the lake which has allot of stumps between them and Gold Creek. I would not advise you to try and run your boat on the lake with out knowing it. But you can run the creek channel at Gold Creek pretty safely but still at a slow speed and is close to good fishing. Check with Dano he may be able to hook you up right on the creek.
