use mineral oil, same oil I use on knife handles and wood cutting boards. It won't turn sour like some other oils. Or if you are going to use the plastics in a week or so you could use a little fish oil from one of the fish oil pills you get at drug stores. I sometimes take a few plastics I plan to try within week or so place in plastic samich bag with a little anise oil scented cotton ball,gives fishes a new change of taste
It is usually a specific product called "worm oil" and can be purchased from the same place that people buy plastic for molding.Quote:
