Great Thanksgiving

We had to delay Thanksgiving meal, etc. until this past Saturday night to wait on family, so me and my little family went camping Wednesday - Saturday at Toad Suck outside of Conway. Hit Gold Creek one afternoon and two mornings. Smacked limits each time, although we only kept enough for a big camp fish fry and then some smoked fish on the fire. Caught well over 100 fish during the three days, but only four over 14" - one was 15 1/4". All were caught on #48 Meatgetter, Meatgetter's Spanky, and White/Chart Mid-South tube in 2' or less in pad remnants and gator grass. The two mornings were faster action than the afternoon trip (only spent a few hours out each time). It was an awesome way to spend some time off with my wife and kids. Didn't take many pictures, but here is one of me and my fish cleaning partner...

that #48 has been put them in the boat pretty regular in several places ive been hearing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WTG Drew, That place just keeps kicking em out wholesale and they r getting bigger.

That boy should make you a good fish skinner. It is time well invested, believe me.
