yep--I've seen it happen sitin in a tree.
I've also killed one that was 18 inches at the shoulder
That pic is very cool.

I've seen a big bobcat stalking deer but it was out of season so I couldnt shoot it (never a good shot anyway). It was real late in the evening...almost dark. That cat I saw really had the deer nervous that evening. Cool pic. Thanks for sharing.Thumbs Up

Yeah--its pretty freaky to watch. I was bow hunting in AR one year and a couple of does came by acting funny--about 5 min later a bobcat came by--the worst thing was I pinned him to the ground and it still jumped up. tracked it into the night and finally found it about a week later--those things are tough. I do prefer a 22-250 on them:)
