Since so many people here fish with bobby garland jigs I thought I would start a post asking where people order theirs on line from and what they pay for them so that others can take advantage of the lowest price. I have been getting mine at local stores but will consider on line if I can save some money.
The old owners that sold most of the company to Gene Larew sell's them at crappietown.com. You can check out their prices and see how the rank with others. Ned and Betty Rutledge are great people to deal with for sure and do a lot for the sport of crappie fishing.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place. I see it was moved. The reason it was posted where it was at is because I know a lot of the people in that section use these baits outside of their own. I figured the soft plastics people would definitely post about it. Anyones input is welcome.
It's been a while since I bought any, but I think I got them at crappiepro.com. Either way the dern things CATCH fish.
before I started making plastic baits we would shop around to all the mail order catalogs primarily I've bought a lot of stuff from southern por there wasn't any certain spot that I bought my plastic baits from for fishing it's what ever look good to me and if the prices were right I would order but most the time I would use southern por I did not buy any hand tied jigs because I made them this is before I ever knew about the site.
