Haven't had a good of a schedule to fish with the change in job but I did get out last weekend for one of my Fall "Combo" trips. Since I got those striper we only kept 4 crappie.
I'm only doing 2 more years and them I'll have all the time I want to fish.Attachment 73874

Thanks Guys. Might be a while before I'm back on with a report. My Father In Law has been living in my home for the past 3 years (after his wife died) and has pretty much been my only fishing partner. This pic is from our last trip out. We had perfect weather and he out-fished me getting 2/3rd's of the fish in the cooler. On Monday, about 2 hours after I posted this pic and went to work, he had a massive heart attack. Wife rushed him to University Hospital and they kept him going until Wednesday where he passed peacefully in his sleep.
A word of advise - Savor every trip you take 'cause you never know when it might be your last.

That musta been a hugh shock. I'm just glad you and your wife were able to be around him and enjoy his final years. My condolences to you, your wife and all the family.
